Satisfaction Guarantee:

We want you to have a pleasurable shopping experience with us and be completely satisfied with our products. We examine each item before we ship it. If, for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call us at (1-800-123-4567) or (520-771-0377) for a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Return and Refund Policy:

We have a 14 day return policy from the time you receive your item. Please inspect your purchase promptly for any defects or sizing problems. If, for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call us at (1-800-123-4567) or (520-771-0377)  for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will credit your account less shipping charges. All returned items must be in "new" condition unless damaged. If we somehow overlooked a damaged item before shipment, we will refund the shipping as well.

Please Note: Although we do try to depict colors as best as possible, due to the variety of brands and quality of video cards and monitors etc., being used in computers we cannot be responsible for color accuracy.

We will accept the return of any item within 14 days of delivery date (or 14 days after Christmas!) for any reason, under the following conditions:

All merchandise must be returned in original packing and in original condition.

Item(s) must be returned in the same condition that it was sent in... no scratches or markings. If it's a new item we must be able to sell it again as a new item.

A 10% a restocking fee must be charged on items returned for refund to cover the costs incurred in the boxing and shipping preparation required in delivering it to you and then accepting it back for inspection and restocking.

Restocking fees do not apply for returns that are being exchanged or arrived to you damaged.

Any returns after 14 days will charged a 20% restocking fee.

Before returning any merchandise, you must call Cowboy Corner for authorization. Any items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

We strongly suggest you insure any merchandise being returned. Cowboy Corner shall not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Any returns not meeting the above requirements will not be accepted.

Shipping Information:

Orders are processed within 2 -3 business days. We ship via United States Postal Service or UPS. All shipments are insured for the full value for loss or damage during shipping. We pack our product carefully to reduce the chances of an item being damaged.
